For some reason I can't get it to search for my mp3's or even my favorite web sites. I even put the folders in manually but still can't get it to work?

hmmm...
Let's see.
If you go to the folders section, can you see the folder with your MP3s listed there?
If you go to the file types section, is the MP3 extension selected?
See the attached screenshot. This is a screenshot of how I have setup my own KeyLaunch to search for all my MP3s... hope it serves as a reference.
