I like the idea of being able to control toolbar visibility based on some javascript string, but it would be more useful to me if I could control a toolbar element, rather than the visibility of the entire toolbar. For example, in one of my sites I have a toolbar that needs to have an admin menu visible or not visible based on login parameters. As I understand it, I could put 2 toolbars next to each other and control one of the toolbars' visibility, but that is kind of messy. I would rather include the admin group in the single toolbar and just control the visibility of that single element.

This will soon be available in the "developers edition"
However, you can already do this in the standard version:
- Instead of including the "admin" group in the standard toolbar, create a new toolbar and include the "admin" group in it
- Position and tweak the toolbar so the "admin" group is displayed as if it were part of the "standard" toolbar
- Now you can use the "visibility condition" of the admin toolbar independently.
Take a look at the toolbar on this forum.
Well, those are actually 6 toolbars!
1) The one at the top (home, control panel, new posts)
2) The one at the bottom (web site, utilities, activex controls)
3) The one at the left/top (navigation:)
4) The one at the left/bottom (forums:)
5) The one that displays the "arrow" in between the "navigation: and the main toolbar)
6) And the one that displays the "arrow" in between the "forums: and the forum toolbar)

DHTML Menu Builder toolbars are VERY powerful and you can do many things with them. It’s a matter of "playing around" with all the controls in the "Toolbars Editor" dialog.
