1.  Have it where you are able to view the code at the same time as your are devloping the menu.

2.  Have the feature where there is a step by step way of putting the HTML code into your own pages after creating the menu's.

3.  Have it were there is a Flash Menu able to be created.

4.  Have several different templates that are created so that people can see those and use them and also edit and save them as there own.

5.  Be able to import Javascript menu's off people websites...

6.  Have it where DHTML Builder is able to sell to students at a cheaper price so that they can use your great product.

1) This would make the program too slow as it would need to compile the menus every time you change something. After all the code is always the same and the only thing that changes is the style information.

If you want to see the source code of a compiled project simply open the generated .js file(s) with a text editor.

2) There's only one step…
For projects using toolbars: Tools->Install Loader Code
For projects using hotspots: Tools->HotSpots Editor

3) DHTML Menu Builder is a utility that creates DHTML-based menus, not Flash. That's Macromedia's job wink.gif

4) This has been requested several times and hopefully it will be implemented soon.

5) I don't like the idea of making available a tool that can decompile a .js file and generate a .dmb project from it. This would be illegal since the compiled .js files are property of whoever created them.

6) Please refer to the FAQ.

Hi xavier,

I would like to insert a Flash file into my menu instead of a standard image.

Can this be done? If so, how? If not could it be added in a future release?

Regards
