The problem is that when I click on the link the new page some how replaces the other one totally.. and it dosen't swap it is like it opens up in a whole new way ... It dosen't keep to what I stated..  Any help or dose this just seem like a personal problem

If you're using frames support and when you click on a command the whole frameset is substituted with the new page then you need to properly set your target frame parameter so for each link on your project points to the correct frame.
