Using 4.5, we're using a horizonal toolbar. In netscape, selecting an item from the toolbar will launch a new window with hte target. In IE , it works just fine.

We don't build directly from the DHTML builder, so can't just recomipile on this one. It's an autenticated site, but I'll eml a link and pword to someone who can take a look?
