I have the loader code in the header template and include this header in each page. When you hit a button to take you to another page, the menu does not appear, however the subs will drop down. The menu will only appear if you refresh the page.
Thoughts?

The menus' loader code is appearing twice on the pages.
Once inside the <BODY> section (which is the correct place) and once before the > section.
You must make sure that the piece that appears before the > section is removed.
It is very probable that this is the cause of the problem.

I took the extra code out and it did not fix the problem.

Have you applied the changes to the online version?
I still can see the code in the <HEAD> section...
If possible, please apply the changes to the online version so I can run some more tests and see if I can figure out what's causing this behavior...
