Just do some espionnage on
this other DHTML menuTheir solution seems to be fairly simple, and it works perfectly.
They don't hide selects...

They hide them... but instead of hiding the whole control they just hide the part that is being covered by the menu.
I don't like the solution because I don't want to tell DMB's users to go and enclose ALL their forms inside divs!
Also, their code fails pretty badly under Navigator 4.
Its a good idea though.

Of course, today,
DHTML Menu Builder is capable of displaying menus over form elements without any problems.
