I'm getting this error in netscape everytime I roll my mouse over the menu. It won't expand, just does this. I checked the netscape fix in the compiler too. It says it's on Source: Line: 0.

URL is the homepage "software.xfx.net". As soon as I put the cursor over one of the menus it gives me a javascript error, description is "can't convert f42 to an integer" and it says line is 0.

Also, when I compile it uncompressed, the error it gives is that it can't convert FixPos to an integer (again on line 0).
EDIT: I'd also like to mention I'm still using the trial version of this. I'm testing a few different menu makers (like milonic and this one) and hope to decide by the end of this week which one to go with. This one's nice becuase it does the roll-effect in non-IE browsers, milonic does not, however if it doesn't work in netscape 4.79, that presents a problem for me because I know a lot of people here who still use that for internal stuff.

I see, so the problem is with Xavier's site, not yours? You can't recompile Xavier's menus. What's the URL to *your* site with *your* menu?

I cannot post an URL to my site here because it wouldn't work. It's for an internal website, there's no access to it from outside of our network. The problem only seems to occur with xavier's site and the menus I compile with the program for my site, though, not some of the ones linked to in this forum. It doesn't seem to make a difference whether I use the roll effect or not. I've tried uncompressed, making separate ones for NS4 using the option to fix the NS4 bug etc.

Have you got some sort of anti-virus software, such as Symantec, that could be interfering with the web pages that you're having trouble with? Some AV software strips out JavaScript that it thinks might cause problems for its users.

Just a thought - if it's for an internal web site, is NN4.79 really a problem? It's a ten year old browser, after all.
