I posted this same question weeks ago, but no reaction, so I try again:

I tried to download the latest version of the CollapsibleMenu AddIn, but the zip file only contains the samples and NOT the extention itself...
I used the link at the bottom of this page:

Can anyone tell me if and where I can download the AddIn?

Dear Rob,

This is because the latest and most up to date version of the AddIn is now distributed with DHTML Menu Builder.

So to obtain the latest version you just have to make sure that you're running the latest version of DHTML Menu Builder.
