I would love to have an option to set a global target when using frames.
I usually create all the groups and commands and then go back and either fill in the URL. Sometimes I forget to tell it to use a target frame from the pull down list.

Not yet... but if you look at the new "Target Frame" dialog in DHTML Menu Builder 3.6 you will see that I have already started to improve the way target frames are defined.
