It is not acceptable that I did not get any answer after 3 days.
That the owner of the company is ill, is tragic, but does not suspend him from his duties for his customers, and is also no excuse for not answering.
It is his duty to have a substitute, who can fully make the support for his customers and has the knowledge needed for this job.
Thus, I've bought now another DHTML MenuBuilder, which has the same features and costs the same. And I've removed the code from all my webpages, which this program had generated.
You have just lost a long-term customer, who had used your program from its first version up to now.
Be asured, I'll not return back to your program again, and can only recommend the other users to do the same.

On the support page there is neither an email nor any support-form, even it tells on this page that the form will be reactivated with January 11th, 2010.
I've the same problem as you, because the validation does not work, because my Order-ID is not known.
And I'm stucked now with a Demo-Version and cannot send my receipt to anybody to proof that I've paid for this program.
I've also disabled the Anti-Virus program, but also this did not help anything.
I'm replying now to every email dealing with the same problem, in the hope that someone can help me solving this problem.
