Almost anything can cause that error

------
Here're my two solutions:
1) Upgrade to version 3.6 and take advantage of ist ability to create mutiple toolbars... so there's no need to "share" projects.
2) Or... ZIP the following files and post them here so I can take a look at them: one HTML document from your web site, the .js files generated by DMB and the .dmb projects you're working with.

I noticed that this error only occurs when the menu is bottom-right aligned

Remove the "FadeIn" AddIn from your project. This AddIn is not supported under 3.6
If you want to add FadeIn effects use the AUE Engine (File->Project Properties->Global Settings->Advanced Unfolding Effects)

Unzip the attached file and copy its contents on the folder where you installed DMB.
Then recompile your project and this should fix the problem.

This is because your project is still using the FadeIn AddIn.
You must remove this addin and not use it with version 3.6
