If you're not using Internet Explorer for Windows you may notice nothing special about this sample...
In this sample we illustrate one of the features in DHTML Menu Builder: Font
Substitutions.
Font Substitutions allow you to define several types of fonts for your menu
items so in case a user doesn't have the main font you used the browser can
choose another.
In this sample we're using an embedded font (yes you can use embedded fonts
with DHTML Menu Builder) for all the menu items; unfortunately the type of font
we're using is viewable under Intern Explorer for Windows only.
So, if you're using some other browser (one that cannot not load the embedded
font) it will use one of the many alternate fonts we declared in the sample
project.
This way you can ensure that even when some users will not see the menus as you design them you're at least providing them a set of alternate fonts that "resemble" those you used in your design.
